From Interstate 80:

Exit 34B to Route 15 North.  Proceed approximately 8 miles to the “Sparta Lake Mohawk Business District” exit.  Bear right onto Woodport Road, Route 181 North.  Go less than a mile to left turn onto Hunters Lane.  (St. Mary’s sign and Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church are on the corner.)  Go two blocks and turn left onto Conestoga Trail.  St. Mary’s is one block further, on the left.

From North:

Pick up Route 15 South.  Take the “Sparta Lake Mohawk Business District” exit and proceed as above.
