What is Pastoral Care? The Pastoral Care Team is a ministry
that is open to all parishioners to utilize and to join. This group
assists the clergy in ministering to the needs of the congregation.
It is often called Inreach as we are reaching in to minister to
the needs of our church family.
Caring for our own
Funeral Ministry Assist with refreshments for wakes and funerals of
parishioners
Hotline Calling parishioners for crisis situations
involving church members
Prayer Chain This is a group of people who are
willing to receive a telephone call, say a prayer, and call the next
person on the list.
SMILES Prepare or deliver a meal to parishioners in
need of assistance or comfort

and Anniversary Wishes Sending well wishes to our
parishioners
