The Memorial Garden
Annual Meeting:
The Parish gathers to elect new vestry members and discuss the state of the parish. This meeting is usually scheduled the 4th or 5th Sunday of the year.
Game Dinner:
Potluck dinner with the main course supplied by the hunters in the parish.
Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper:
Prepared by the Choir for the entire parish family. Come feast on pancakes and sausage.
Seder supper:
An evening where we enjoy the tradition of Passover.
Easter Reception:
Prepared by the Cooking Ministry for the entire parish family.
Work Days:
One in the fall and one in the spring. General yard work and interior "spring" cleaning
Summer Picnic:
Held on the third Sunday in June, the last day of Church School. We gather for fun, fellowship and food.
Seafood Dinner:
Summer "barbecue" with a main course of Lobster, Shrimp or steak.
Parish Weekend:
Intergenerational cabin camping weekend full of fun and felllowship.
Stewardship Gathering:
Hosted by the Stewardship Committee to explain our goals for the year.
Harvest Festival:
A fun gathering of special food and fun for the whole family.
Project Thanks:
Parishioners cook a real Thanksgiving dinner to serve to the senior citizens in the Knoll View Nursing Home.
Santa Sacks:
Parishioners become St. Nicholas for disadvantaged children and adults.
Hanging of the Greens:
decorating the church for the Christmas Season.
IHN Interfaith Hospitality Network:
St. Mary's hosts temporarily homeless guests. Volunteers either prepare a meal, visit with the guests from 7.30 to 9.00pm or act as hosts and hostesses who provide overnight assistance from 9.00pm until 7.00am.
Work Projects:
Single day opportunities for repair or improvement of church or community properties.
